To Become A Member:
You must be at lest the age of eight years old and have knowlege of how to communicate through email and postal mail. You must understand that MC's ALL is the main company you are enrolling in. You must understand the becoming a member of any sub devission (example: MCtheGirL, IGC, I.4.Y.S, MC's Pets, MCsTech, MCsOnline, etc.) means you must fallow the rules of the main company, MC's ALL.

We Take Abuse Seriously:
I am Melissa M. Carlisle, also known as MCtheGirL. I am the owner and sole creator of this web site. I do not alow inaproperiate language of any kind on my web site. If I find that anyone is posting inaproperiate links or any kind of inaprperiate content in any of my posing pages, guest books, chats, message bords, cboxs, etc. I will prevoke that person's rights as a visitor and that person will become tempraterly banned or if I feel like it, they may find them selves perminately removed from all chats on my web sites and then have their user name(s) on the Banned List.
All my admistrators and registard workers have the right to suspend anyone. All my members, friends, family, and yes, even simply my visitors; each and every one of them have the right to report abouse of any kind they please. If anyone feels that your content has adult material, foul language or abusive behavior of any kind, they can report it and I, MCtheGirL or one of my main admistartors will personally look it over until our heart is content and we fully understand every word, every image, every charactor, every punctuation, and every strand of information. Until your content is reviwed, it will be shown as private. If we find that your content has any kind of diolog or interpitation of abuse... We first remove your content. Second, we will send you a warning. If you do not fallow the instuctions accordenly, you will be black listed.
What Black Listed Means:
If you are black listed, you have done something wrong. You will never be black listed with out warning. We will send warnings to the email you have provided us. If you our email, for what ever reason(s) get sent to your spam box, it is your responcibillity to check all of your mail. As long as re have records of sending you the warning, even if you say you never recieved the warnings, you can still be black listed.
If you are black listed, you are not alowed on any of our web sites. Once you are black listed, we have the right to use the information "you" the "user" provided. We hold the right to report "you" to any higher athority in any state, country or contdant; we will solect which ever we feel is best, all evidance of abuse will be submited.
If you are not black listed, though your friend has been black listed, any comunications with "your friend" and "you" can and may be submited as evidance. If you do not want to claim you "they contacted you" and you say "I never wanted anything to do with them" then you must prove so in your pervious messages with them, you must also have at least one witness to back us "your side of the story" or other wise we have the right to use all information you submited of any kind.
Submitting An Application:
You must understand that the sections maked with (*P*) stand for private and that information you submit shall only be viewed by the main manager, administartors and yourself. All other information submited may be viewed by the public. Your first name will always be public, as will your user/screan name. Only one person other than you should ever know your password, that person is the main manager. There is only one main manager. To prove she is MCtheGirL, she will email you your password with her own sicure email address Melissa@MCsALL.com
Reporting A Face MCtheGirL:
If you feel confortible or do beleive that the person posing as MCtheGirL is in fact someone else, please report this by texting a message right away to (619) 800 - 1621 using the subject: "Fake MC" and in your mesage please enter todays code. Remember, you should always ask "MCtheGirL" when on the phone or in email, "What is todays code?" Only MCtheGirL, the Original MCtheGirL, will know this code.
Todays code will change every day at exactly 12am Pacific Standered Time. There will be one Number and Letter in the Todays code that changes each hour.
If you send a text message to report a fake MCtheGirL, this code will be viewed by MCtheGirL, the original. She will then personally call you from her private line and ask you to speak to code, then she will tell you if that we the her MCtheGirL or if it was indeed a pretender.
Please understand that there are a lot of fakes out there, but there is only one original MCtheGirL and she will not put up with fakes contacting her coustomers. After you help report this to her, she will then tell the police, if nessisary.
The admiastrators and MCtheGirL, will NEVER ask you for your password.
If you are asked for your password, you must report it to the MC's Crime Lab, the sooner the better. Please provide as musch information as you can. The more information you provied, the better chance we will have in proving a poser's wrong doing and the quicker we can bring them to justice.
What You Should Do If You Find A Fake MC:
If you are able, these are the things you should do if you beleive the MCtheGirL you are speaking with is a fake:
Take a picture, it last longer than memory and our limited skech artists wont be needed; MCtheGirL will not refuse this.
Ask for Today's Code, MCtheGirL will always give you Todays Code, though she may ask you to hold for a moment.
Get a print of MC's left pinky, she will only refuse this if she thinks you are a stalker or in a gang of some kind.
Ask for MC's Favorite color, it changes by her mood and she does actualy log sutch a thing.
Remember, the more infromation you have, the beter.
Understand that MC would never do anything illegal, so if "that person" is doing anythging illegal, asume it is not her.
Understand that MC would never smoke, if "that person" is smoking, you know it is not the real MCtheGirL.
Understand that MC always take any kind of medication out of the public eye.
Understand that MC would never support any kind of drugs other than Tums, Tylenol, Advil and Excedrin Migraine.
If a person "claims to be MCtheGirL" and does any of the things listed above, you are to report that person to MC's Crime Labs as soon as possible and if proven right, you will be rewarded a "MC's Watcher" certificate to prove you have helped MCtheGirL out in the past by keeping MCtheGirL Fakes away from the public, but you will only recieve this certificate if you reported to the MC's Crime Labs before any actual damage was caused by that Face MCtheGirL.

After Submitting An Application:
Once we have recived your application to join our community, we have the right to assume your a not a real person.
We understand that this may be a miss understanding on our part, but if we believe you are a bot(a robot-program created by a person, aka: Fake Person), in order to become approved, you must upload a real profile photo of your self and fill out the information accordingly. We will then view your bio and urls you submitted. If we believe you, you will be approved as soon as possible. If we still have any suspicion of you being a bot or some kind of in human nature, we can and will disapprove you.
Once Aproved:
If we approve you and you post mature contact(contact for only adults), spam or rude behavior of any kind, will will send you a warning once. If you do not reply after 24 hours, we will suspend your membership. If we receive an automated email in response, we will suspend your membership. If you do not respond, we will will suspend you for a week. If you do not respond after one week, will will block you.
You must understand that if you post any kind of adult material or abuse, we can and will delete your content. We scan all files submited, so you can be sure no virus or spyware will pass through our systems. If you have communication in anyway with someone who has been suspened, all content you, your friends and falloweres post with be scrutinized.
